Man is an author of himself in the sense that, every man is responsibility for what happened in his life, good or bad, success or unsuccessful, every man determined the life he want to live been a good life or bad life. I have come to acknowledge that no matter how you try to change a man's way he will always decline, unless when he made up his mind or become tired of his own life, befor he can change his way of life.

For example, a man has two sons at the time of his retirement he decided to settle his sons once and for all, he gave them equal capital to start up a business, one of them use his own money for meriment, why the other one use his judiciously for a business, and became a successful business man. while his brother turn out to be a drunkard. To be successful. it's the ability to control the state of mind and also to take advantage of any good opportunity that comes your way

That means what a man becomes it's his own responsibility, neither he made himself nor he allow himself to be made by others but a man is an author of himself. so everyone should be mindful of the decision you you make in you're life time to avoid regreting in the future.
