Trading beyond crypto: tokenized equities on CEX platforms

Over time, I’ve been trying to step away from the usual degen trades and look for more structured ways to trade on-chain. The goal for me has been to find something less volatile, while still keeping the flexibility that decentralized platforms provide.

That’s when I discovered that Bitget Onchain has tokenized US equities listed. Out of curiosity, I decided to give it a try and bought some $CRCLx. The next day, I was surprised to receive 50 $BGB for crossing a trading volume milestone. Only later did I realize this was part of an ongoing Onchain Trading Competition.

What I liked most was that it didn’t feel forced — I was simply testing out a new feature, and it ended up rewarding me in a way I wasn’t expecting. It also made me think about how tokenized equities might bridge the gap between traditional markets and blockchain, giving traders more options and flexibility.
