Greetings to All my chefs friends 😊

Welcome back in new week,I hope all of you good by the grace of almighty,I am @sualeha from Pakistan, love to share my home assignment in season 23 Steemit learning challenges in week 2 .This week the course,s providing interesting information about Afghan cousins for students by our lovely teacher @suboohi and yes congratulations to her on big achievement of 70k became 14th dolphin successfully Masha Allah 👏👏.Many good wishes and prays ❤️ ❤️.well guys let's move on my home task ,as usual got fun and experienced new recipe from this useful course.

What is new for you from the course, any spice or cooking technique or anything that you want to share?

The new for me is that I never try any afghan cousins exactly in my kitchen but yes I eaten many afghan cousins from restaurant but by self it's first time I cooked this recipe.I made beef pullaow many time but by this recipe so new recipe I learned from this course.

Well guys the Afghani cousins really yummy and healthy as well similar many cooking process and techniques like Pakistani cousins, the all beef recipes specifically most popular foods at my country like lamb and mutton straws ,qabli pollaw ,BAR-B-Q and many more tempting cousins. Many restaurants of Afghan food available here and we love to enjoyed it weather at home made or dining out side .when I saw the recipe of Afghan pullaow I am really wanted to make but Tuesday and Wednesday off day of mutton and beef so there were no option for me to waiting for Thursday so guys finally today I cooked and Share my participation.

Is your local cousin has any food that resembles with the shared recipe?(

Yes I cooked beef pullaow that's similar in taste but in which many Ingredients used but in this pollawo recipe we never need to much items for or very simple and healthy recipe I explore by the course .The caramelized raisins and carrots , actually not part of the recipe of that pullaow it was only salty in flavour but other hand Afghan pollawo had sweetened in tasty 🤤 😋 that's made it really difficult my family liked the slightly sweet taste in rice it's there first experience to eat sweet and salty Rice pullaow., Infact we all Pakistani meat lovers all kind of halal meat like beef , mutton, chicken, lamb , beef all kind of karahes big part of our cousins, Pakistani friendly muslim neighbours traditional cousins popular in Pakistan as well .

Make the afghani polaw by using the recipe given in course or which you like?Include your name tag with date in final presentation of recipe.

Well guys let me share here my Afghan pollawo cooking experience, actually I cooked first time but I got Masha Allah spectacular results,I am trying to share in detail all I did with images.
