SLC SE23 WK/5|| Puppet theater 🎭🎭|

Assalam o alikum guys I hope all of you Good ,I am @sualeha from Pakistan it's pleasure for me to participate this week in Course , unfortunately due to my some personal issues I never take part in season 23 in this course 😔 , today I got some free time so I performed the activity that includes in fifth week by our lovely teacher @anailuj1992 with us infact it's one of my favourite course ever ,I enjoyed with my boys and as usual had great fun, we experienced some thing new ,infact making "Theater" by self it's new for us but yes we made puppets many time with my children in school home tasks so guys let's move on my today's puppet show presentation and trying to put my best efforts .

For puppet show we need puppet first certainly ...... as I said above I did not participating in last week so I don't have puppet for show so I made puppet first with my elder boy ,I share the quick view in college,I made exclusively for the show then starting theater .

How we made step by step procedure

• Step :1

By first my little boy stuck the card board bottom from carton tape and removed other sides from ✂️ scissor with my help ,he is only 6 years old not hold the sharp tools properly so I did .

• Step :2

Now we need a hollow screen looking like TV screen,for the both brothers market from the edges of the box in one inches from four sides of the rectangle box.

When they market I removed the center part of the box by using sharp knife ,you can also used card board cutter but this I used sharp knife and removed from all four sides now wegot the perfect front for our puppet show theater.

• Step :3

In third step my little boy market the 3"×18" long ,4 strips for the corners of our front screen of the theater.After marker by marker my elder son cutting the strips from scissor ✂️.

One by one both kids glued strips on the edges of the card board box as you see in the images how beautifully they did there task .

• Step :4

Now it's time to paste red curtains on our puppet show stage for that I cutted the red fabric which were 22" wide stacked from hot glue gun inside the box on both sides then tied up with small ribbon 🎀.placed the red paper sheet on the bottom of the box .

My little son Hasan really enjoyed and can't wait for completing the task started playing with happily 😀.

Step :5

The basic contraction of the theatre was done now kids wanted to decorate it ,for that my kids like to paste puppet show which were written and painted by them ,

From card board piece cut ️ cloud shaped and written puppet show then painted with green colour pasted it by my boys on black card board.

Final Results

At the end with the help of glue gun both boys pasted the painted card board on the top of the box . when ever they used hot silicone gun I never allowed independently due to safety ,might be burn or hurt them .

So guys finally it's final turned out of our puppet theater I hope you all like it .

What was the experience like when creating this play?

Truly amazing experiences we got infact it's first making this type of craft but really intrrstting It was a creative and busy experience as everyone was enagaged to get a nice outcome of our puppet thearte and both boys like to make it different and creative and did there best according to there age my both boys having 6 and 13 years and Everyone of us came up with their creativity skill which helped for us.It was an enjoyable experience that we were all involved with dedegations .

What do you think was the most difficult step to take?

Well over good and easy task for and exploring new hand made theatre at our home with the help of my kids ,the team work always visible shown in collective tasks , children always love experienced the funny and creative projects had no limits and restrictions actually I also gave them space to do as you like .happy moments for us .Well the today's task little bit longer because we did not had puppet that time so little bit time consuming for making it but over all nice experiences we got through out the whole activity.

Were you inspired by a specific theme or did you just let your imagination run wild when decorating the puppet theater?

Well no specific theme they followed , let the imaginations run wild 😜 😜,by first both became funny pets dialogues conversation, dancing , singing,fighting,friendship and much more with there puppets as they love to play together the main focus were got fun and entertainment as much possible,my socks puppet also performed very nice actually 😎.They kept the puppets and theater for again playing after school final exams.

What was the child's favorite part during this activity?

Due to safety concerns I never took them sharp tools like scissors and knife but during activity they got chance to used them freely ,my elder boys love cutting and pasting,this time I allowed him to used hot glue gun in my supervision that's why he became more confident and glad .

My little boy love painting 🎨 with brush,water colour pencil colours and all of that ,also enjoyed the card board box cutting and creations he wanted to put on it .I freely allowed him to rum vild imaginations love to creat something unique and gave me progressive ideas for reasonable decoration till at end moments .

So guy's it's time to leave I am trying to delivered my best with my boys and given answers that asked in lesson,at the I would like to invite my friends @suboohi ,@roohiasif ,@arshani ,@jyoti-thelight and @enamul17 to participate in the challenge/lesson and share your fantastic experiences like us 🤩.
