SLC S21W2 / Actividades Físicas para el Desarrollo Infantil
Greetings Everyone
I am @sualeha from Pakistan, today I like to share my home e task that were given in SLC season 21:week 2.Well physical activities is very important and played very marvelous role in children being a mother I noticed that activities made kids intelligent and challenger .For growing kids needs for proper nutritional food ,good healthy life style along with Physical activities.
My kids love cycling,riding and regularly exercises to maintain a healthy balance between studies and physical activities, it is necessary to do physical activities .my younger son love to do exercises and football.
Friends my younger son Hasan is 6 years old and elder one is 12 years ,they need little bit physical activities on daily routine,it's helpful in less kids screen time and motive them to work out at home ,the love exercises specially hight increasing sets and I got really fantastic results in my kids .I also joined during exercises that was a good ideal chance to spending time with them and they saw me as target ☺️ we all together did yoga poses and muscles stretching workout in very pleasant ways .
For rapid hight increase I recommended and followed him doing 30 minutes workout everyday and the fact is that I saw visible height increased in my sons in just six months,the results of exercise are awesome 👍.
Well as I said above that my kids became more active and intalegent and over all performance having funtasic change they work normal routine work faster and laziness gone ,we followed the healthy life style along with exercises because it would be more better and fast ways like avoid junk food, early to bed ,Mobil and laptop used in certain time I checked on it and trying to go out at park for walking, running and playing with my son ,we enjoyed togetherness and team Sprit and target /goals achieving stamina building up with fun.
The visible active jesters surprised me ,my little son Hasan activily playing games , swimming and having good grades in school just because of physical activities ,made him super fast and fun loving kid 😺 😊 picture from my phone gallery
Me and my little prince doing exercise of muscles stretching for that we standing on toe and hands pock with fingers and up as possible ,we did 5 sets every day (15 minutes), remarkable results I got in my kids regarding hight increasing in kids .
Totally! Yes infact in digital world kids also love to spent there time on video games , Mobil and computer and never like to go out for any physical activities but when I added exercise routine in my kids I observed marvelous change ,they looking happy and active whole day ever better night sleep so always find a way to have fun, especially they liked such as running around and playing. Exercise can be a blast for them! The activities that we put in our kids life only pay benefits when it's on her or his interest or willing to do kids happily.
Spontaneous experience me and my kids getting doing all that f these activities and the best part of the whole story is that we together and had great fun during exercise, clicking photos and I flash back in my child hood time my mother was also taught us for exercises specially hight increasing like hanging or racing,so over all good quality time we enjoyed just because of the theme of this week and definitely kids wants to more in new weeks .

Childhood memories are priceless! Spending quality time with them, exercising, and taking pictures is not only fun, but it also creates memories. In addition to adding fun, such activities also help children understand the importance of physical health from an early age. It would be a great experience if similar activities become a weekly tradition—perhaps every week with a new challenge or game involving physical exercise, which not only makes them more excited but also strengthens the relationship.
