Mustika Swalayan || Krueng Guekueh

Sometimes, there are so many reasons why we go out but not for a big need. Like me that day, who left the house for one simple thing, which was to buy facial soap. That was the beginning of my story that day. Not having many plans, I decided to stop by one of the supermarkets located not far from the Bujang Salim Grand Mosque, in Dewantara District. The name of the place is Mustika Swalayan.

The location of this supermarket is very strategic, just a few steps from the mosque. If you've just finished praying and need to buy groceries, I think this place will be a quick solution. I myself often give small groceries such as soap, drinks, hair oil and so on. I feel comfortable when shopping there because the building looks clean and tidy, the waiters are also very friendly. There is also a parking area at the front, although it is not large, but it can fit several motorcycles. It wasn't too crowded that afternoon, an atmosphere that I think is ideal for quick shopping without rushing.

I walked in, and was immediately greeted with rows and rows of fully stocked shelves. You can see the full range of goods in the picture above, from snacks, toiletries, kitchen essentials, to personal care products. The only thing I was looking for was Kahf facial cleanser, but unfortunately the larger size was not available so I had to get the small size. I often use this product because the texture is soft, the scent is fragrant, and it is suitable for my rather sensitive skin, especially in hot weather which often makes my face sweaty.

I found this Kahf soap on the shelf in the men's grooming section, neatly arranged with other products. The price of a small portion is IDR 25,000 or equivalent to 10.07 Steem, which is quite affordable and comparable to the quality. I only took one, then glanced at the other shelves for a moment. Mustika Swalayan is not a big supermarket like the one in Krueng Geukueh town, but it has its own advantages, which are quite complete, neat shelves, and fairly bright lighting, most interestingly from the service.

Kahf soap that I bought

Once I found the kahf, then when I went to the cashier, the service was quite friendly, fast and efficient. Not too talkative, but polite and friendly so I will always go back there. I paid in cash, then left with a plastic shopping bag containing only one soap. This place is not just a place to sell, but part of the rhythm of life for residents around the town of Dewantara (Krueng Geukueh). The location is close, the goods are complete, and the prices are reasonable. Perfect for quick shopping before or after praying at the mosque.
