To lure people to play with the world map or is it: playing with the wordmap to lure people?

I don't believe it should be that way. I have thousands of photos and no way I will use them all to generate SteemAtlas photos with. Besides I did it twice last week and only one showed up although the other has a pin.

But in short: Only one part of the world will be visible on the steem atlas?
