Thank you so much for messaging me about this wonderful initiative! One question though, how soon do one has to power up after receiving the steem reward? And how do one be delegated?

    You can power up at anytime, just make sure your wallet balance don'e exceed this amount.

    And how do one be delegated?

    You are familiar to the idea of SP delegation, right?
