Health || Achieve natural health by making time for regular exercise

Greetings, dear Steemean friends

Dear friends, admins, and all beloved community moderators. On this occasion, I will share some tips on natural health. To achieve this, I exercise regularly, both during the day and occasionally at night.

In between my busy schedule at school, with various mandatory routines, such as processing the school's Dapodik (database data), handling various competitions to enliven Independence Day, and various other activities at the start of the new school year as homeroom teacher, I also make time for exercise in between these activities, simply to maintain my health so that I can complete the various activities that have been postponed to the best of my ability.

Last night was a bit of a busy one. I also took the time to play futsal, which is exercising on a futsal field that we usually rent in the Lhokseumawe area, with all the young people and teenagers from my village.

I play futsal purely to sweat, because exercise helps maintain physical condition and health. Despite my busy schedule, including mandatory routines and other activities, it doesn't stop me from exercising, even if only briefly.

At school, I often do morning exercises and play soccer with my classmates and other classes during gym class. The main goal, of course, is simply to sweat, and exercise. I also take advantage of my sports skills, such as playing soccer with the kids, to prepare them for success. Sometimes, during Independence Day celebrations, there are soccer tournaments for schoolchildren. Of course, with early preparation, we can achieve maximum results.

I'm currently very busy with various mandatory routines, especially at the school where I work. However, I still try to exercise as much as possible, at least by taking a leisurely walk after morning prayers, even though I don't do it regularly.

Because with exercise, my health will always be maintained, even though I still suffer from occasional illnesses. However, by exercising, I hope that the illness I experience will heal quickly, as I have exercised regularly beforehand.
