Motivational Monday
The above is a very short video. Just for those who don't know the person speaking, he is Les Brown.
So, let us just talk briefly about the video. Because, I know that some do not like external links. He is talking about 3 keys to success:
1- Changing Your Mindset
2- Only Quality People
3- Develop Your Communication Skills
The way he explained it, it started with the fact that one should change his mindset in sense of expectation. That we should not expect what we want, but more or less what we are. Which is saying the law of attraction. But, in a different way. Secondly, he moves to surrounding yourself with people who would make a difference in your life. In other words, choosing who you spend your time with wisely. Lastly, he talks about the communication skills. He portrays it as a marketing thing.
Here I am and where is the rest of the gamg?
I don't believe this guy is the first one who figured out that the best thing is to surround you with people who don't drain you and to keep his expectations low. Not my type of man I wouldn't trust him for cent (or dime). He doesn't look you straiggt in the eye and he has a beard and like my teacher always said: men with beards have something to hide!
And if it comes to relationships this is a good lesson for you men: don't expect a beauty to fall for your 'great' personality. Women do find men ugly (I saw a pist in a flash where @xiao-aine commented 🤔), if you truly believe women fall for old, boring and ugly wothout a sense of humour you are soooo wrong. We cannot stand big ego's (good for a message in a bottle).

Tapi bagaimana dengan apa yang dikatakan @ronnie10 (dan pria dalam video) bahwa penting untuk mengelilingi diri Anda dengan orang-orang positif yang memberi, bukan mengambil, dan mereka yang dapat mengangkat Anda?
Ya. Saya setuju dengan yang dikatakan oleh teman @ronnie10. Bahwa cinta juga akan selalu memberikan yang terbaik buat pasangannya.
First to say it? I don't know if he is. Maybe, he is not. But, that does not affect the context. I am more focused into the context of what he is saying.
The way he says it, is nice. Maybe if this was not a video. But, a text. It could be more debatable. As, it takes more effort to influence others through text, than through audio or video.

I don't believe it takes more effort to influence through text.
Slogans, memes, advertisements, idioms... All text and people remember, songtext included.
In the 70's and 80's most commercials with us were songs and they are still remembered.
I and many with me rarely watch youtube.
What we all see are shouting headlines... Those once for gossip magazines only, today the (click)baits
Well, it is believed that the tone of voice and presentation of someone could make what they are saying more legit or has an influence to make others agree.
I think you can find an example where this is not the case. But, I think we can agree that on some level, it makes sense.
