The steem.amal house is completely constructed

On the 5th of August 2021, steem.amal Indonesia has marked the journey of the steem.amal movement. It was a remarkable day for its humanitarian movement in Aceh. This great achievement is a result of the tremendous support from all of you. You should have proud of yourselves for being a part of the steem.amal supporter. Billion thanks to all of you and especially the steemit team that has shown great and endless support till today.

The first house was initiated by the North Aceh steem.amal team has been completed and handed over to the owner. Not only does the ceremonial itself draw the attention of the societies but also event by providing food, mask, and cash assistance to the poor and the orphans. It attracts the enthusiasm of knowing the steemit platform after seeing the positive impact on the community. The handover was initiated by the North Aceh team led by @heriadi and the team.

I know it is late to make this report, but a lot more things are ongoing and need to be focused on accordingly. But the most important thing is the report refers to the transparency and a part of the accountability of steem.amal performance.

Total Expenditure

The housing program is actually budgeted along with the other part of the project, it has been started since the first burned house response in Syamtalira Aron, but since the budget is available to build a permanent house hence we decided to initiate the pilot project of the steem.amal permanent house. The program has been fixed with the total target of houses in a year is 4 units. Referring to the first house built, we now have known the approximate budget to construct a house which is IDR 65,000,000 (more/less). As reported below the total expenditure for the first house was IDR 66,070,000 (660,7 SBD) with the assumption of the SBD price is Rp 100,000/1SBD.

Evaluation

1. This program is a great way of steem promotion even, not only to attract the newcomer but also the investor by gaining the trust of the people by showing them the real acts the steemit platform could perform

2. A lot of people started to looking for more information about the platform and asking the way to start the investigation on the platform. At the ceremonial venue, I myself met the villager who asked how to start the journey on the platform, what should they invest and etcetera.

3. It needs to maintain the sustainability of the program since the steem promotion is more achieved

4. The expense of the house could be less with little more supervise of the construction methodology

The next housing program will be started soon in Pidie Jaya area, the Pidie Jaya team is working on the assessment stage, we may be a blessing by delivering an accountable and transparent housing program for whom that may be in the prayer of having an appropriate shelter for living with the family.
