And when providing information about witness, be sure to tell what is the benefit of voting for him and what is the harm of not voting for him. Be sure to shed light on this matter.

I don't think so. He is saying a nice thing at the end. I think it would be nice either way.
When it comes to witness voting, you will have to read their proposals. Or, if you trust that someone will do that work, you can just set them as a proxy.

Likewise. I am glad that I was among the selected for the program. It is a nice challenge for now. I think @naina9 will be having the same thought.
