A new proposal that we should explore. We will see what strengths it can bring, time will tell. SteemPro has made its position clear to support users in the form of votes, as long as the uploaded content meets the criteria to be supported. There is also time when SteemPro will vote for articles submitted not from https://www.steempro.com/ if deemed worthy. Currently SteemPro has a strength of around 109k SP. At 100% Vote Weight on 100% Vote Power, it will generate about 0.7 STU (at the moment).
