The implementation of the Ramadan safari to mosques in 17 sub-districts carried out by the Regent and Deputy Regent and the ranks of the Bireuen Regency Government (Pemkab), Aceh Province, has ended, Friday, 3/14/2025 afternoon at two separate mosques.

Deputy Regent of Bireuen, Ir Razuardi, MT after breaking the fast and praying Maghrib in congregation said, the first thing obtained through this Ramadan safari activity is the first to get a sense of chemistry between the Regency Government and the Village Government and that is important.

"So our hope is that this Ramadan safari activity will be sustainable, even though only a few points of visit locations, but it can influence other sub-districts and the selection of locations by the committee is also right," he said.

The Deputy Regent also added that there were many important inputs that could be obtained from the community. "The most important thing we see in various places is that not all of the worship infrastructure is complete, and it needs our attention," he said.

"This condition also opens our insight in the Regency to see that this worship infrastructure must also be the same for all, and it is necessary to choose which mosque is more of a priority, there are villages whose people's economy is unable to complete it can be a priority," he concluded.

Meanwhile, team two led by the Deputy Regent represented by Assistant II Dailami, S.Hut MLing, at the Istiqamah Mosque, Blang Rheum Village, Jeumpa District, in his speech, among other things, hoped.

Related to the series of Ramadan safaris, both teams one and two are the same, namely starting with the handover of assistance to 20 orphans, breaking the fast together, praying Maghrib in congregation, Isha prayer and handover of bungong jaroe, welcoming speech by the team leader, tausyiah, continued with tarawih and witir prayers.

Head of Social Welfare Tarmizi, ST added that the Bireuen Regency Government has completed the Ramadan safari to 17 mosques in 17 sub-districts from March 5 to 14, 2025. Each team also brought an imam and a preacher.

"It is hoped that in the future we can continue to build togetherness through stronger friendship," said Tarmizi while saying that for next year's Ramadan safari, it will be carried out to other mosques, as well as other orphans under the age of 12.
