Thanks for all the supporters for Proposal: Fixing Steemd Build Dependencies in the Latest OS

Progress Update

I am glad to share updates that the steemd now builds at AzureLinux3 - it is not easy as I spent days on fixing the dependencies - however, there seems no changes required from the C++ side.

I'll test and create a draft PR soon. Stay tuned.
