_1. Witness Vote Number Per STEEM Should be 1 instead of 30.

_2. Number of Major Witnesses should be increased to 50 (now, Eventually several hundred or thousands) instead of 20.

_3. Witness Node Software Should Be Made Easy to Install and Run so that commons can run Witness node.

_4. Remove DownVote Except for Strictly ilLegal contents i.e human/durg/weapon/kid porno trafficking, copyright/personal info infringement, scam etc.

#스팀 탈중앙화를 위해서, 투표할 증인에게 요구하는 약속들

_1. 스팀 당 증인 투표수는 30 이 아니라, 1 이 되어야 한다.

_2. 의사결정 증인 수는 20 이 아니라, 50 (지금 당장은, 궁극적으로는 수백, 수천) 이 되어야 한다.

_3. 증인 노드 소프트웨어는 누구나 쉽게 설치하고 돌릴 수 있도록 쉽게 만들어져야 한다.
