People being nice to other people should not be news. I believe most people are good, but it does not need religion to make them good. Unfortunately the state of the world means that minority communities need some good publicity to counter the demonisation by those who try to divide us by arbitrary distinctions such as colour and race. I am not against people having their own culture, but that does tend to be tightly bound up with religion. What I am against is where that religion discriminates against women, different sexuality and other cultures. It should never be forced on anyone.
