Is it true or not?

It is believed that higher the position is, greater will be the responsibilities are and more risk associated. Decision-making positions in government sectors are very sensitive and require a lot of experience so that's why youngsters are not suitable for it because they are less experienced.besides this some people also believe that young people are more suitable for this kind of jobs because they have modern skills and knowledge and also they are equipped with new technology and in so they can make better decisions.

Firstly, the lack of experience makes young people ill-suitable for making the important decision that might affect the government and the public. It is because young people are more aggressive, cake rush to solve the problem with violence and also it is obvious that without sufficient experience and capability of handling stress, those positions can’t be served. Young people are sometimes driven by their emotion which is unsuitable for a responsible position.

On the other hand, others feel that young people are more energetic, less biased and have knowledge of new technology, have fresh ideas and new thinking which can be fruitfull for the nation.so if they are given proper chance and guideline they can make better decisions for the country and their people.

I personally believe that it is a good idea to involve youngsters in government sectors so that they can understand the fundamentals of dcision makings and the sensitivity of decision at such a high position that can affect the country's interest.
