You can always report such posts in our discord. As you hopefully know we changed out TOS to allow us to unvote them.

If you understand automated systems, you will also know that reviewing everything from hand before we vote is not possible.

We are working on reducing abusers all the time. It is no easy fight. I would be glad if you help us.
