Basic summer precautions|| We are cool and ready for the summer.🌞
Hello, guys, welcome to my other blog. I hope you all are doing 👍 good, I am also fine 😊. Currently, I am in Bangalore with my husband, and this year, Bangalore has had very heavy sunlight and heat. I was here in the last 4 years, but this year's temperature is going very high day by day, so I would like to give some basic advice for this summer. So let's start.
1 I like to tell everyone that keep hydrating yourself, have simple food, don't eat very oily food, consume lots of water because during the summer 🏝 we are all sweating 🥵 and water comes out from the body, so it's very important to keep yourself hydrating.
2 Use an umbrella 🏖 whenever you go out or avoid going in the afternoon
3 For women's keep using good SPF sunscreen according to your skin type. Don't go out without applying any sunscreen. Otherwise, you can face tanning issues. Use sunscreen every 4 to 5 hours for good results
4 Avoid sleeveless dresses during the summer, this is for everyone. Use a full-sleeved dress and a t-shirt. Use loose clothes made of cotton
5 For the children and does are going to the school and college, have a lot of water, and if possible, we have coconut water, sugarcane juice 🧃, glucose, and energy drink. Don't play in the sunlight or afternoon
6 The most important thing during the summer is the water issue because many times we are taking a bath 2 times a day, so don't waste water 💦 save the water 💦
7 During the summer, use Dettol or Suthol in your bathing water to avoid redness in your body
8 The most important mistake which people make is that he or she come from the sun and they have Cold water because they are thirsty. This is the biggest mistake people make, mostly because of this, they suffer from colds and coughs. If any can come from the outside sunlight the plz wait 15 to 20 mins because at that time our body was very heat and the same time if we are having water it's d directly effects our heart and that is the reason in the summer we are hear lot's of heart attack and stock cases.
These are the basic things that I want to share with you all. Apply this and save this summer 🌞
