The diary game. My beautiful day spent partly at office and partly with my friends

Hello dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all must be doing great and having some good memorable time. Today, I’m here with yet another day of my life and I hope I’ll be able to attract your attention towards my post, and I’m hopeful that you’ll find it Good read and would also upvote it.

I have a good habit of rising early and I am an early bird who starts the day early in order to maximise the working duration. After getting up, I was quick enough to purify myself for the morning prayers by performing ablution and then went to the nearby mosque, where we offered the prayers in congregation with the other members of the Muslim fraternity living in the village. As such, I started my day with some peace and positive vibes, and established a divine connection with the Almighty. Only after making supplications did I head back towards my place and straightaway got into some gardening work, which I usually do during the day because I’m quite enthusiastic about maintaining the aesthetics of my place and can hardly afford to lose these aesthetics to any kind of natural or man-made degradation. For that, I watered the lawn and then placed the plants in their appropriate spots, as some plants require shade while others need open sunlight for their proper growth.

Only after I was done with the gardening work did I set off for a walk, and these days, going on walks towards the orchards—where apples usually grow—is quite a pleasing and satisfying experience. The red apples bring a sense of satisfaction and give an idea of how the farmers must feel at the end of the year after putting in a lot of hard work to raise the crop and maintain its health and quality. I breathed in a lot of fresh air as I stayed out in one of my orchards located just at the boundary of our village, and it was so pleasing to walk on the grass fully covered with dew, which gave a soothing experience.

Only after I was done with burning enough calories did I return home, and straightaway after getting fresh, I joined my parents in the dining room and had my breakfast a little quickly. Then I got ready for office, as I have been transferred to the district headquarters, and I need to leave a little early because all the higher-ups stay there and can enquire about the attendees at any time. Being on time is quite a priority for me. I did my official work throughout the day, and since I needed to accompany one of my friends who was already posted there for quite some time, I returned home with him. While we were on our way back, we were quite hungry and had planned to eat some non-veg at one of our favourite restaurants. We especially planned to eat non-veg after several instances where a lot of meat and other non-veg items were seized by the food authorities here in the valley for being unfit for consumption. People usually these days prefer to eat non-veg only while dining out in trusted restaurants.

It was raining all day and the temperature had dropped, so it wasn’t quite warm. Sitting in the restaurant felt quite pleasing as it was cold outside, and going out seemed a little inconvenient. Today, I had to buy some flour from a local mill as well, and for that I needed to be there in time because the employees leave after 5 PM. To buy the flour from there, I had to reach before five, and I was quick enough to make it. It was around 6:30 PM when I reached back home, and straightaway I took a cup of tea, after which I took a nap and refreshed myself.

In the evening, I went to see my friends in the main market of the village, where we usually meet and share our stories with each other. It was around 9:30 PM when I returned and straightaway had my dinner along with the other family members who were already in the dining room. It was around 11:30 PM when I went to bed, retired to sleep, and called it a day.
