Today I will share with you some moments of a morning walk. We are all busy every day to support our livelihoods. But how many of us take care of our bodies? We spend at least half an hour to an hour every day on physical exercise, then our bodies will be good. Life and death are determined by Allah. Even then, we should take care of our bodies as long as we can stay healthy. However, this is just a little advice based on my limited knowledge. I have been exercising since 2012. By the grace of God, I am still fairly healthy. No matter how hard I try, I cannot sleep in the morning. Waking up early has become my habit. The place where I currently live has a good place for a morning walk. I first ran from home, and my final destination was Narayanganj Fatullah Railway Station. And this is a picture of Fatullah Railway Station. After half a kilometer from the station, the railway line that goes over the Padma Bridge is the flyover of this railway line. From there, I ran to Pagla Railway Station. My boundary is Fatullah Railway Station to Pagla Railway Station. I was a bit tired when I reached Pagla Railway Station, so I rested for a while on the station platform. The last two pictures are of the platform at Pagla Railway Station, which is adjacent to my house.

Some moments of lunch time at the office today. If there is no urgent work in the office, then I have to have lunch as soon as 2 pm. I have been maintaining this for a long time. Especially during the day. Today, my lunch menu is kachur curry, fish fry, and lentil dal. This dish is special for me, even though it may seem normal to you. However, I have never shared a picture of myself having lunch like this with you. Today I felt like sharing my lunch time with you. Please forgive me if I made any mistakes.

On the way home from the office, a football game has been organized under the flyover adjacent to the railway line. There is no good playground in the area, so a playground has been built under the flyover, where you can play safely without any problems. I walk from the office to my home, passing by the railway tracks. There are three playgrounds like this on my way home. I play every morning or afternoon.

Every Monday, there is a fair on the railway line. This fair is on my way home. Today, a kind of pitha is being prepared at the fair; this pitha is my favorite. This pitha is called Gulgula in our village language (the local language of Noakhali). Coconuts were given in it; it was very fun to eat, but coconut is not included in this pitha, because the price of coconuts means that if the shopkeeper gives coconuts, his business will not be profitable. The price of one gulgula is 10 taka. I ate two gulgula. Today, the most favorite food of girls at the fair is Belpuri. There are four types of sour cream to eat with it: sweet sour cream, Naga sour cream, mustard sour cream, and sour yogurt. I don't like these at all, but after standing for a while, I saw many people eating them. I took a picture of the arrangement.
