Hello friends today I am here to take part in an interesting challenge SLC S22 Week 5 - Herbal Medicine for Menopause Support.
Menopause Tea Blend: Create a tea blend for the menopause support using at least 3 herbs. Document the ingredients, preparation steps, and benefits of herbs and remedy. (3 marks)
Well I am going to make a tea which would obviously work I have saearch it well and also take knowledge from my family seniors they told we had used it and found it super beneficial.
The ingredients are
Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi
Dhania (Coriandrum sativum)
Mint (Mentha arvensis)
First of all what are benefits of these herbs.
Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi)
the ajwain has many health benefits and well knowing for digestives issues people used it for stomach ache, bloating and indigestion and yeah it's working because here I am sharing my personal experience I have kept it in my home and when me or my kids suffer stomach issues I gave them blend tea which is quite effective. Moreover it's role in menopause is wide range it overcome hormonal issues and reduced the abnormalities Moreover working during cramps so it's safe while using in moderate amounts.
Dhania (Coriandrum sativum)if we study well I have come to know it's very effective either if women has hormonal issues or there is irregularities in mensis. I recommend it to many students on the basis of research and also knowledge from my mother because it works.
Mint (Mentha arvensis) hence if we see it has broad spectrum effects on hormones and helping in reducing the stress and anxiety which perhaps mainly involves in disturbance of mensis cycle. If the blend tea is used the effect of menopause can be overcome.
Let's make tea.
Ingredients
- Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi): 1 tsp
- Dhania (Coriandrum sativum): 1 tsp
- Mint (Mentha arvensis): 1/2 tsp
How to make it.
I have taken all three herbs, although the mint was not completed dried but it can be used in fresh form as well if dry is not available.
Then I boiled one cup of anf added all these herb. Off the stove and Steam it for 5 minutes it's done and ready to use. It can be used till the results can be achieved.
Benefits of Herbs and Remedy
Hence this is very helpful remedy and it can be helpful being reducing night sweats while dhaniya can reduce heat rashes and also it's frequency more over when they are combine with ajwain and then plays important role in regulating hormones and more they also reduce the symptom of menopause as its very effective it and can be used till result can we obtained.

Ginger (Zingiber officinale)
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum)
Common benefits are as follows.
Turmeric (Curcuma longa) or haldi it's present in every home and has many health benefits. It's helpful in reducing the inflammation and has antibiotics properties.
It's helpful for alleviate the heat rashes and stability in mood as it has effect on hormones and stable it well.
It's helpful in depression the people faced the issue if anxiety it's useful can overcome these effects and stable the hormone.
It's wide range effect in arthritis patients who faced faced the bones issues and inflammation in joints it's tea reduced the affected areas.
2. Ginger (Zingiber officinale) it's also called adrak and perhaps part of our daily meal and also in qehwa.
It has wide range effect on nausea and vomiting and also overcome the digestive issues the people having stomach ache used it to alleviate the adverse affect of common cold and nausea all ng with digestive issues.
It's useful can overcome the affect of cancer as it has strong agents which can be useful for increasing the immunity in body.
It has antibiotics and anti inflammatory properties and can helpful in different injuries people found it very effective.
The people having issues of blood pressure can be used it and my personal experience of using it for my relatives it's quite effective and lowering the blood pressure.
3. Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) it's called dalchini and common in our foods.
It has role in regulation of blood pressure and helpful in hormones issues the anxiety drespesion can be overcome by it's regular issues.
It also useful for heat rashes and part of different drinks on daily basis such as in tea and food.
It can used on cardiovascular issues and overcome the fat level in body while used in moderate amounts.
Hence it has antibiotics and anti inflammatory properties which are obviously reduced by it's regular used.
Herbal Bone Health Remedy: Create a remedy to support bone health. Use at least 3 herbs. Write the process, recipe and benefits of herbs and remedy. (3 marks)
I am going to used very easy remedy so that we can make it at home with less cost.
Ingredients
1 cup milk
Pinch of turmeric
Little slice of ginger
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Well I take pan added milk boiled it added the turmeric and ginger I added fresh ones and after boiled it I stained it.
Moreover I added sesame seeds and my drink is ready to used my aunt told it's useful and we commonly used in our homes.
The benefits of milk
The milky is rich source of calcium and phosphorus as we are very clear about it and its plys an important role for bone growth and and also useful for teeth health. Hence it's effective in blood pressure and blood clots issues.
It's improving the muscles health and prefer to intake on regular basis due to rich protein contents.
Moreover it's helpful for the heart as it's rich in potassium which is safe for heart.
Contains the vitamins b12 useful for nervous system and also improved the red blood formation inside the body.
The turmeric benefits I have discussed in above portion along with ginger these are helpful for improving the bones health.
Sesame seeds
It's the key element for bone growth and should be used in food for kids and also for other family members.
Useful for lowering the cholesterol issue if the person is suffering with high cholesterol issue.
It has antibiotics properties.
It has broad term effects in heart health so the remedy I have shared if used we can improve bones health while gets many health benefits too.
