I used the following herbs to prepare this Tea.
- Clove 6pieces
- Tumeric 2 pieces
- Ginger 1 pieces
Procedure
Add two cups of water in a pot.
- Blend the Ginger and Tumeric with the aid of a manual blender.
- Add the Clove, Ginger and Tumeric to the pot and boil it for about 5 minutes. Ensure that the herb infuses into the water.
Allow it to cool down.
Use a sieve to strain out the Chaff.
Add the tea to the Cup.

Serve the tea warm.
Take the Tea a Cup in the morning and a cup at night.

First of all, I removed the back of the Garlic and added it to the pot.
I washed and added the Negro pepper and thyme to the pot.
- Add a cup of water
Boil for about 5 minutes, until the Herbs infuses into the water.
Strain the mixture and add it to a Cup.
- You can add sugar for taste of you want.
The herb is ready.
