I am pleased to participate in 4th week of SLC Season 22. This week, I will be sharing Herbal Medicine for Hormonal Balance and Stress Management for Women. As a women, I am proud to know herbal medicine details for homonal balance and stress management. Most of the women suffer from these problem. So Let's start,

Adaptogen Tea Recipe: Prepare a tea using at least 3 herbs to support women hormonal balance. Document the ingredients, preparation steps, and benefits of herbs and remedy. (3 marks)


Adaptogen Tea Recipe


Herbs Used In The Remedy

Arrange Ingredients

First I gathered all the ingredients. The required atleast three herbs were basil, fennel seeds and flexseeds. I will also use 2 mini cup of water.

Boil ingredients

Then I boil 2 cup of water and add ingredients. First I add fennel seeds. It has great value. Then add flax seeds and finally add the basil leaves. Let it boil for 4-5 minutes.

Strain the liquid

Then, when the tea is ready, strain it in a cup and let it cool.

Then, I Serve warm as like tea.

fennel Seeds

Fennel seeds contain estrogen. We all know the importance of estrogen in women. It also helps in balancing the hormone levels in women. In more details, it is especially beneficial for those who are going through menopause or who are experiencing irregular menstrual cycles. It reduces menstrual discomfort. Another particularly beneficial aspect of it is that it relaxes uterine muscles.
