As a women, I am proud to know herbal medicine details for homonal balance and stress management. Most of the women suffer from these problem. So Let's start,

Step- I
First I gathered all the ingredients. The required atleast three herbs were basil, fennel seeds and flexseeds. I will also use 2 mini cup of water.
Step-II
Then I boil 2 cup of water and add ingredients. First I add fennel seeds. It has great value. Then add flax seeds and finally add the basil leaves. Let it boil for 4-5 minutes.
Step-III
Then, when the tea is ready, strain it in a cup and let it cool.
Step-V
Then, I Serve warm as like tea.
