Talking about herbal medicine, of course, cannot be separated from traditional medicine. Before going further I invite steemit friends @walictd, @f2i5 and @ninapenda to participate in the challenge https://steemit.com/herbalmed-s22w2/@afzalqamar/slc-s22-week-2-hebrs-for-pets.

Here I only talk about animal treatment using herbal medicine based on my experience. I currently do not have any pets where I live. So I only share my experience about treatment. The main ingredients come from nature all of which in the future are called herbal medicines.

Papaya leaves for the treatment of worms in cats and dogs

The ingredients needed are 3 papaya leaves and adjusted water, at least 250 milliliters.

The method of manufacture is that papaya leaves are finely ground using traditional pounding tools or by using other suitable tools. Previously, papaya leaves are washed thoroughly first, do not forget to add boiled water that is adjusted. The mashed water that has been mixed is then filtered.

Furthermore, it is immediately given which of course must be considered the animal to be drunk. Small dogs or cats are given one teaspoon only. And given at least three days. Each day is only given once.

While the benefits that can be obtained from giving these herbal ingredients are increasing animal appetite, overcoming digestive problems and of course preventing worms in our pets. And do not let it be given outside the limits of reasonableness. This can make digestive disorders in these animals

The ingredients required for making lice spray are:
2 cups of water that measures 500 milliliters.
1 thinly sliced fresh lemon
3 or more lemongrass leaves that can be adjusted add 2 cloves of garlic, but it is not recommended for cats. Because cats are very sensitive to garlic.
lavender essential oil as much as 10 drops, then provide a clean spray bottle

Preparation Process:
All ingredients are boiled in water, namely lemongrass leaves, lemon slices and garlic and the duration of the boiling process is 10 minutes or less than 15 minutes, wait until the distinctive aroma comes out and cool the mixture. Do not forget to filter when the water is cold. and add essential oils. Stir the filtered boiled water mixture with essential oil until smooth.

Then put it in a spray bottle that has been prepared before and don't forget to shake it before spraying.

How to use:
Spray on pets in furry areas by avoiding sensitive areas. And of course it must focus on very sensitive parts, places that are used as flea areas are usually the back and parts that are less clean. And don't forget to spray where he sleeps or plays. It should be sprayed regularly two or three times a week and can be adjusted to the conditions of need.

The benefits are that it can help disinfect fleas, reduce itching caused by flea bites. Which of course will provide a sense of comfort for the animal and this is very safe to use continuously.
Helps repel fleas and mites naturally.

Pet Care Chart

This chart shows only the main ingredients, which of course still need to be refined to make it look better. The point is that in every use of herbal medicine must be considered about things that make the animals we will treat, sensitive to some ingredients.

So every treatment that uses herbal medicine must pay attention to this before our treatment action is carried out. The level of sensitivity of animals varies depending on the type of pet. For this reason, be wise in carrying out treatment.

Thanks to all steemit friends who have stopped by my post. Greetings @muzack1.
