Herbal Tea Proparation:
In Ayurveda Tulsi is consumed as a sattvic herbs Which means promote, purity, clarity of mind and as an adaptogen while it helps body adapt to stress by regulating cortisol level.
High Level of cortisol over an Extended Period can have harmful effect on the body, inserting an increated risk of depression Anxiety And other health products. It also has also helped reduce the production of stress hormones like cortisol by making it anal for reducing inflammation in your body.
Inflammation is a natural response to stress But chronic inflammation can have a harmful effect on your body. including an increased risk of chronic disease But one of the oldest ways to consumption Tulsi.
Drinking Tulsi tea has many benefits,Including well-being reducing stress and promoting overall .
STREES It's a common problem in people and affects our daily lives. There are many types of medicinal and herbal methods to eliminate. Tulsi if the plant helps us relieve stress in its herbal way of removing stage. Used for centuries is Tulsi for ages.Such a herbal that won't just not only reduce stress or reduce anxieties, it will also help a lot in digestion after I drink.
I am beautifully describing the method of making this herbal basil tea which is beneficial for health.
I will use fresh basil leaves to make, besides I will use my optional herbs and spices to make this tea.
So the other industries I need to make tulsi tea are water, tea leaves, tulsi leaves and cardamom.
I Can add sugar or honey as per test and sugar free for diabetic patients.
First I'll give one and a half cups of water then then smash two cardamoms and give a pinch of salt. When the meaning boils well, I will boil four to five tulsi leaves, and tea leaves for a minute, stove off the gas and cover it with a lid for 5 minutes.
Tea leaves cannot be boiled in hot water for a long time or bitter when drinking tea.
The reason for this is that due to excessive heat, Tenin-like chemicals start coming out of the tea leaves, causing the tea to become bitter.
Tulsi leaves have a smell of their own so I added cardamom to it to remove this smell.
Also if I add cardamom to it I get digestive benefits.
Poportion and effect
Tulsi is a natural anti-stress herb. A cup of basil tea is enough for people suffering from severe stress and depression. As he drinks, his mental state will calm down and relax the stress. If someone wants to calm his nerves, drink a cup of tulsi tea.
It only took me 5 minutes to make this basil. When I drink tea drink a little more.So we took one mug of water and also took one spoonful of tea leaves and three to four tulsi leaves because whenever we make any herbal drink they can be measured approximately according to our own will. Here I made the tea, I do a little strong drink tea, so I put a spoonful of tea leaves. And Tulsi leaves have a smell so I added two cardamoms. So herbal drinks I can choose according to my own will.
When I drank Tulsi Herbal tea I felt like I was drinking a wonderful herbal tea that I had never made like this before. I made this herbal tea by following your recipe. So this one cup of herbal seemed like nectar to me. I feel like I've been free of stress all day today and feel pretty strong.
- Eating a variety of foods these days causes us a lot of digestive problems.Drinking this basil tea will keep our liver and intestines healthy. This tulsi keeps our stomach clean by removing toxins from our body so drinking tulsi tea will improve digestion.
Cardamom Helps in digestion so helps reduce digestive symptoms.Popular drink tea also helps reduce flatulence and abdominal swelling.
Besides, I drink this tulsi tea when I feel stressed. Then my mind is fresh and the motivation to do anything increases.
- So drinking tulsi tea calms the body and mind and increases the feeling of calmness and coolness and also any anxiety or depression free.
A fragrant medicinal plant belonging to the Family Lamiaceae ,Occimum tenuiflorum- Tulsi plant is not commercially cultivated in Bangladesh but is very popular in medicinal and herbal medicine. This basil leaf juice has been used in colds and coughs since morning and is very beneficial for colds.
I know Tulsi is very useful as a herb for all the diseases and treatments yet Tulsi has some side effects.
Overeating is as harmful to health as drinking too much of this Tulsi tea is harmful to health.
- Respiratory problems, coughing can cause excessive coughing of blood.
Eugenol Resperi reduces the problem, but pressing too much basil causes poisoning.
In diabetic patients, blood sugar levels drop and become hypoglacima. Diabetic patients should avoid drinking this tulsi tea.
So Tulsi may have problems during delivery due to increased uterine contractions.
Excessive excess basil has a negative effect on men's fertility.
Overdoses drink tea or cardamom tea dilutes the blood so people who take anti-clotting medications should be avoid.
✅ 2. Herbal Stage: Research the best ways to store herbs at home; take pictures of your stage method and example while it works. |

A fragrant medicinal plant belonging to the tribe Lamias.Tulsi plant is not commercially cultivated in Bangladesh but is very popular in medicinal and herbal medicine. This basil leaf juice has been used in colds and coughs since morning and is very beneficial for colds.
There are many ways we can preserve herbs at home.
Today I'll talk about how we can store the herbs we have at home.Because the proper preservation of all these herbs has a direct impact on the effectiveness of herbs. The three things we need to focus on just saving are temperature, humidity and sunlight.
Depending on whether the durability and safety of the herbs? There are also some ways to preserve all herbs.
There are two types, fresh herbs and dry herbs.
Fresh Herbs:
These are very sensitive because herbs are very small in size and their stems are soft, so if we put them outside at room temperature, it will rotten within two days. Moreover, if we can dry these soft herbs especially coriander leaves, mint leaves, neem leaves, ginger, tulsi leaves, aloe vera, thankuni, basak etc. well and fill them in airtight polybags and store them in the refrigerator for up to a week. Thus I store cilantro, neem leaves aloe vera.
If I want to store these fresh herbs fresh for more than a week, I must freeze them and put them well in a hair tight container box or polybag.
Just like ginger can't be stored in the refrigerator for a long time, so I peel the ginger and clean it well, wash it with water, cut it into small pieces and freeze it in an airtight box.
So when I need the fresh herb I can take it out of the fridge and use it immediately. According to this method of any kind I can keep any kind of herb frozen like cilantro,.
Again I can take out the aloe vera gels and blend them and put the frozn in a box. I can use the gels when I need them.
Dry herb:
The most important just for conservation is temperature, humidity and sunlight. We must maintain certain temperatures in each dry herb storage case.In that case we can store dry herbs at our room temperature of 25 °C. Generally the dry herbs that we can store indoors are neem leaves, sajna leaves, whole part of tulsi plant we can use as herbs, besides ginger, rosemary, fenugreek, oregano, various spice herbs, seeds of various herbs. We can store branches or flowers, fruits and roots dried in the sun. We can store different types of herbs for a year by drying them in the sun and air-tightening them in a glass jar.
Moreover, the way I store dry herbs is with fresh herbs and I put them in a paper and put them under a heavy item. Then when completely dry, let it dry in the sun. This way the leaves don't curl up and look exactly like fresh leaves. If I don't let the leaves dry well in the sun, if the leaves are slightly wet, the herbs should be dried well in the sun.
So I maintain and store two methods of dry and fresh herbs.
Any fresh or dry herb I can store in two ways, for at least one year it will not spoil the quality of the herbs.
✅ 3 . Home Remedy Creation: Create your own herbal remedy for a common cold documenting the ingredients, preparation steps, and your experience. |

Herbal infusion test:
Here asked to mix two different herbs in water. Two herbs are one for digestion and the other one for stress and initiative.
The first herb I've taken here for digestion is mint but this mint adds stress and initiative work in addition to digestion. The second herb I took was Ginger.
This herbal is for you I used some other spicy herb along with it for fragrance and many physical benefits.Sometimes I make the masala tea with different spices. So I added some extra masala for fragrance as per your instructions.
Process,
All the herbs I needed to prepare the herbal were mint leaves fresh and fresh ginger.
And as a dry herb I took a variety of spices that were
Cardamom | 2 |
---|---|
Bay leaves | one |
Cloves | six |
Pepper white and black | half spoon |
Cinnamon | big 1 stick |
Water | 1 ½ mug |
Salt | slight |
And needed a pan and gas stove to make this whole herbal.
I'm describing the process of making herbal keys step by step.
I took 1 1/2 mug of water in a pan.At first I put the spice herbs in a bowl roughly equal. Then I washed them once with clean water because I'll drink this drink it might contain any germ.Picking up the spices from the water, I smashed the spices with a wooden pressure. Then washed the entire spices with water and poured that pan inside with water. Then gave a little bit of salt and turned on the stove and I waited ten minutes.
After ten minutes and 10 minutes I grinded two pieces of ginger well and put them in water, as well as the mint leaves, and for another five minutes I'll boil this mixture of spices and herbal water. After 5 minutes I'll turn off the gas stove and cover it with a lid for two minutes.
After two minutes I smeared it with a chick and then it was made a herbal tea with my very strong mint ginger combination
Duration
It took me 15 minutes to complete the entire process of the whole herbal tea .
That's because it took me two to three minutes to save fresh rates and store the spices together.
And then it took another two to three minutes to wash and smash them with clean water.
And for the first seven minutes I boiled the ingredients of this herbal in water and then boiled it for another three minutes three to four minutes with fresh herb.
So it took me approximately fifteen minutes to complete the entire process of this herbal.
End result
When I've completed it full look at its color light yellow. The color of this herbal was very light and the flavor was strong.
I drank it mixed with fresh mint and I found this strong herbal tea so strong that after drinking it I felt like I was feeling a hot feeling inside my stomach. Besides, a little sweat came out of my whole body. It's really a herbal drink I could feel in the moment I drank.
Also, I didn't mix any sugar in this herbal, I just drink without tea and sugar.I really enjoyed drinking this strong herbal.Caffeine made like this are free, calorie free.Anyone can drink it as an alternative to fruit juice or sugar drinks, and if it adds sugar, it will add calories.
I would like to thank my teaching teacher. He showed us the complete step-by-step method of making two very nice herbal tees for us in this second lesson, which inspired us and at the same time we were able to make it.
This rate of herbal te is really a great and great stress and excitement free digestive aid tea mint tea which worked together for my digestion, stress and initiative after drinking it.
Mint Antifungal, Anti-Bacterial and Anti-Inflammatory Auxiliary It is digestive and beneficial for colds and headaches Mint removes stress and keeps stress and anxiety free.

✅ 4 . Herbal Infusion Experiment: Infuse two different herbs (one for division and one for stress/anxiety) in water. Document the process, duration, and your thoughts on the end result. |
---|
Herbal infusion is any dryherb of any dry herb such as root, stem, leaf, root or seed if we soak it in water for 24 to 48 hours at a certain time then exchange herbs for the diluted liquid we get.
I'll take two herbs here to make dry-herb exchange one is fenugreek and the other is a husk of the herb isubgul husk.
Infusion process:
I need a glass of water to make this herb
A spoonful of fenugreek
A spoonful of Isubgul husks
Process:
I will wash a spoonful of fenugreek with clean water then I will soak it in a glass of water for 24 hours
After 24 hours I will strain this diluted liquid with a chickpea and then stir for a minute with a spoonful of isubgul husks and drink immediately.
Duration: It took me 24 hours to make.
Color: light brown.
I've never had fenugreek-soaked water so I drank this water for the first time today. Whenever I suffer from stomach problems, digestive problems or constipation problems, I soak a spoonful of isubgul husks in water every night and drink them immediately, thereby getting rid of constipation and my digestive problems.
Isubgul husks are very beneficial for digestive and constipation problems.
Fenugreek: Usually cooked and eaten fenugreek while raw which is very tasty and beneficial for health. Herbal fenugreek has many properties.
Drinking this fenugreek soaked water is very beneficial for those suffering from stomach digestive problems.Methy contains bioactive ingredients such as mucilage saponin and alkaloid compounds..Fenugreek sugars Serotonin hormone secretion increase, so can keep our mind cool and so this drink soaked in fenugreek will help reduce our stress.
Result:
Fenugreek drink I've never had, so these drinks had a slightly bitter taste.
We love the simple sweetness and spicyness of food. We never want to eat foods with bitter taste but this bitter taste often does the biggest benefit to the body. Vegetable bitters gourd due to bitter taste but it's quite popular.
Fresh fenugreek leaves raw I ate I like its taste. So even though I didn't like drinking these drinks that much, I'll still try to drink this fenugreek soaked water from now on which is very beneficial for the body.
One thing I've created three types of herbal drinks.Herbal drinks were three types of tests. Which I benefited a lot from drinking. So from this teaching team I can learn a lot of new herbal medicine from which I will benefit a lot.
Thank you all on my behalf
