SLC S21 Week 2 - Basic Herbal Remedies for Daily Health.

Herbal Tea Preparation: Prepare a herbal tea for digestion or stress/anxiety. Documenting the steps, proportions, and effects felt after drinking them.

Yes, of course, we have prepared ours with herbs, which we always have herbal ingredients so that whenever we need it, whenever we are sick, our own mother, along with our brothers and sisters. She makes the said air or if she has made any food, she also adds it to it so that our health is restored instead of getting worse, and in the same way, I do the herbal tea method with you guys. I will share it with people and I will tell you how I did it

And I'll also tell you which ones I've included in the ingredients and as you guys can see if I've followed the steps to make this tea very well.

Ingredients:

Tell it as it is and I have added all its ingredients to water as I am sharing herbal tea with you so I will also add leaves and sugar in it and other than that I have not added everything. is such as I will share with you guys what things I have put in it, I have put all these things in it,

when the water starts to boil, then we have added the milk in it and the milk. After adding, I have boiled it, when it is boiled, this tea is ready called Mother of Herbality and after that I have canidants which is very beneficial for our health.

We can make it and our own can restore health and I have used it and also given it to my family and I feel very good with it because I was feeling fever yesterday due to change of weather and I had a bad cold and was thinking of making a game, but as I am preparing my special game for the contest, I thought I would make it for myself and the rest of the family. Use it and I drank it and I drank it.

After drinking it, I felt very warm inside and I was sneezing a lot and now my sneezing has stopped because the cardamom in it made people and cinnamon much more than what I used. It helps our cold and we get better and it has helped you a lot and like me my health is much better than before. I felt like this when I woke up It was as if my health was not bad and my throat was bad and my throat had improved a lot otherwise my voice was not coming out

There are many ways to do this. I will share with you people the methods that we apply to ourselves. The thing is mint and we plant mint in our house and if the benefit of planting it is that it is not safe all the time, in the house where mint is planted, it is safe in a way. There is a way, so whenever we have needs, we break ours in this quantity and use it.

Besides, we have kept the rest of the things in boxes with some purpose and we have used them. Things are saved and stored in doubles and these are boxes where we don't let people put water in it, we don't want to risk water in it because when things If the water goes there, they get damaged, so we have filled the inside of the boxes so that water doesn't get inside them and it doesn't get damaged, and we can't even go near the places with water. It is kept in the cupboard

So let's go with you guys, we have used herbal medicines that we should do it for colds and indigestion, we will definitely share them with you guys and tell you how. I made this for myself to get my health back on track which is a must have for every birthday so I'm going to share with you guys what I've used that I've used herbals.

Using the medicine, I make it so that I can recover my health. If we have to add three cups of water, then we have to cook it so much that the last cup of water is left.

So let's go let's go I'll give you guys some herbal remedies we'll tell you or what's better for those with very health one of which is mint that I'll use we'll use those days. We can use it better by plucking it with our hands and if it is planted in our house and this mint is very beneficial for us if we pluck it from our house because It is fresh and has many benefits.

We have planted it in our house and I plucked some leaves and we used this very beneficial thing which is cinnamon. While doing this I have used an air I have added more ingredients because I like it very much when I drink this with full enjoy, I use a lot of ingredients in this recipe

I like it very much and I've gotten a lot of benefit from using it and we've found both of these things to improve our health and reduce some of the stress we've had, so we use it. It should be done so that we people stay healthy

La infusión de hierbas lo hacemos a diario en nuestra vida no hay nada mejor que ello para la salud.

En mi caso y al igual que usted suelo tenerlas frescas en casa pero tambien las almaceno al secar.

Me gustaron mucho tus infusiones sobre todo la que usas para el resfriado.
