Video is not submitting after uploaded?!

Anyone else having issues with the submitting icon just spinning into infinity after both video upload and snap uploads are complete? File not large, video only about 3 mins long. Also tried redoing multiple times without success...it just sits for hours looking as if it's doing something but it doesn't! Very disheartening and wondering if there are any possible answers out ther...thanx 😁
