Can Any American Tell Me Why The Flag Is Backwards On This Ambulance?
On the driver's side it is the usual direction but not on the passenger side.
I wonder if there is a specific reason!

When the flag is displayed on something mobile, it's supposed to be displayed as if it were blowing in the wind. You can see an example from the prison drama "Orange is the New Black" here.
