@help "EXCEEDED BANDWIDTH" ... IN MY SLEEP?

Two mornings in a row, when I woke up and checked my Steemit for overnight "Replies", I get this message and I am blocked from acknowledging in any way. It says I exceeded my bandwidth.

Is there something I can do to not have this happen? I don't think I Steemit when I am sleeping so I don't know what I should be doing differently. Am I posting too much? Just let me know and I will adjust to suit.

I don't know if this will even "post", because I have been blocked. So sorry if I breached any protocols!

As it turns out, I could not "Post"! It's been blocked for 8 hours, thus far! Sad face here ...
