Ban from hashflare!!

On December 8 2017 went bitcoin hit $1600 per bitcoin, so I just wanted to check my hashflare account and everything was fine but after I logout this is what happed I got ban fro no reason.
If anyone can contact hashflare please tell them about this and I hope that this won't happen again and if any one can help please do Thank you.
