Really need help

Firstly I shouldn't have posted this here but have no option its not for the up vote ..but for serious help ..my kid sister just had a liver problem ..funny enough I got fired two days ago for an unknown reason not only me but many others (based on reshaping the company) ..the little money I had I used it for the housing bills before this ugly incident ..and adding to the hospital bills...the doctor in charge said the bill is $45,000..which I have paid $25,000..remaining $20,000 am still pleading for help from my relations ..which they chose to snub my calls...am damn brook 😢😭.
Any amount can help from any one..please help me she is my only sister I have.
