Dumanlı kafa tabiri artık eski tabirini yitirmiş, günümüzde içtiği esrar veya aldığı uyuşturucular ile keyfi yerinde ya da kafası güzel (yerinde olmayan) insan betimlemesi olarak kullanılır.

Özellikle son zamanlarda halkı iyice mal yerine koyan devlet adamlarının yavas yavas dumanlı kafada oldukları, keza onlara inanan halkın da büyük uyuşturucu bağımlısı olarak bu insanların peşinden gittiklerini düşünür olduk. Yoksa sürü psikolojisi mi?
