God wants to be believed!!!

Today, Heather highlights the power of belief, the freedom in God’s presence, and how to overcome heaviness through prayer and communion with God’s word.

Heather references Acts 10:34-48 to demonstrate that God shows no partiality and that whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him. She explains that when we are constantly in God’s presence through reading His word, we become fully convinced of His plans and love for us. Next, Heather emphasizes that belief in God builds our hope, noting that even demons believe in Him and acknowledge Him as God. She reminds us that Jesus paid it all for our sake and is familiar with our sorrow and everything we trust Him for. However, we must engage with His word until it starts to influence every area of our lives, breaking every yoke of bondage.

She further states that entering God’s presence is the only way to overcome any heaviness in our lives because God sent His Spirit to comfort us on all fronts. Heather draws upon our covenant, praying that everyone who is ailing is healed and made whole. She urges us to rejoice, lift our faces to Jesus, and believe in Him and His finished work on the cross. She also prays against fear and unbelief, declaring that every difficult situation will turn around for our good.
