  1. Drink lot of fluids.
  2. Wear loose, light colour and cotton cloths.
  3. Frequent showering is beneficial to reduce heat.
  4. To avoid direct sunlight, wear hat or use umbrella.
  5. Avoid direct outing at noon.
  6. Avoid Tea, coffee and alcohols.
  7. Better to avoid Oily, spicy and meat food items.
  8. Young children, Elderly people, Diabetic and heart patients can avoid day time outing.
