Researchers say the cholesterol is wrong for those who think that the eggs are harmful for the heart. Beijing's Peking University Health Science Center has found that eating a single egg every day reduces the risk of heart disease.

Researchers said, "In our studies, there is a relation between eating eggs, and lowering the risk of heart disease."

They also said, "Eggs have significant levels of cholesterol, but there are high quality proteins, vitamins. There are more 'phospholipids' and 'carotenoids' called 'bioactive' components. "

Currently, cardiovascular disease (CVD) is not particularly important in 'ecological heart disease' or cardiovascular disease, and stroke is one of the causes of death and physical disability.

The study, published in the journal 'Heart', is behind Beijing's Peking University Health Science Center's Chinese Science Center and his colleagues.

Their aim was to find out the relationship between egg eating, cardiovascular heart disease, cardiovascular problem, ecological and haemorrhagic stroke.

According to researchers, researchers used the information of China's Kaduri Biobank in China, with 5,12,881 adults aged 30 to 79 years old.

Playing an egg each day decreases the risk of haemorrhagic stroke by 26 percent, stroke deaths decrease by 28 percent, and heart rate decreases 18 percent.

It is difficult to make any definite conclusions because it is an observational study.

However, researchers said, "The level of participants in the study was broad and we had considered almost all possible causes of cardiovascular disease."
