We are Asians and belong to Punjab province of Pakistan. We like to eat chapati in Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Our kids from he very early age , Also love to eat solid intake. And the best diet for all is the chapati of Flour that keeps body healthy, energetic and fit.

Here's with you can see that we commonly used Super Flour آ ٹا which have all the carbohydrates and nutrients that are enough for the body requirements.

I also oftentimes use refined flour to cook sweet meals for the kids especially. Because of it taste of the sweet foods is to delicious and delectable.I l always use fresh flours for the hygiene of my family.

The making and cooking recipe of pancake is very simple but it requires equal quantities of all ingredients and use all of stuff fresh for the hygiene of the family. I just put all the ingredients one by one and mixed it well for making equal paste of the mixture for baking pan cake.

Of you have no baking oven then you can use baking pan to put little bit quantity of oil and they under the low flame frying from both sides. Here's with you can see that I served the pan cake with the cup of tea. That's really effective of for healthy intake and relief from the sickness of the throat.

Whenever my kid fall in fever and they have Swallow Throat then I use flour to cook Pan Cake which is flavorsome for them and happily to eat and very healthy for them to recover rapidly.

As I said above , Pancakes can be a calming and nutritious option for children, Especially if kids have fever or neck illness. They are soft and easy to eat . They provide carbohydrates essential for energy and can be healthier by adding healthy flour , Including ingredients such as cardamom can help calm the sore throat, but adding milk will give you probiotics and calcium for immunity and recovery. I use to cook daily one time in a day until kids feel recover and good.

Of the six classes covered in this course, which was your favorite? What topics would you like to see covered in upcoming healthy cooking classes?

All the topics were so engaging and eagerly happy to learn from other participants too. I tried to cover all the six classes. But due to busy schedule with my kids , I partipated few of them. The most favorite healthy recipe is my Today participation by using flours I cooked pan cake for my kids health care

Besides of that SLC23-W4 | Desayunos was also my favorite. Well , I would like to continue it because healthy life is always priority for all the mother's and housewives for the sake of their family healthy lifestyle and prolonged well being.
