The two flour I use often is Corn flour and All purpose flour (Plain flour)

This Flour is obtained from Grinding Dried Corn Kernels. After it has been grounded, it is then sifted inorder to separate the powder into the bran, Endosperm and germ. The Endosperm is then refined into a finer powder. This Flour is a refined flour because of the process of producing it which made it's Nutritional value to reduce.

I used All purpose flour to make this Pancake.
I will start by listing the Ingredients.

Ingredients | Quantity |
All purpose flour | 1 cup |
Egg | 2 pieces |
Onions | 1 small size |
Salt | to taste |
Water | Until consistency is reached. |
Coconut oil for frying. | Very small. |
Procedure for its preparation |
Add all dry ingredients ( All purpose flour and salt) together and sieve. |  |
Whisk the egg and set it aside. |  |
Add the egg to the Flour. |  |
Add water until you reach a consistency. |  |
Slice and add Onions. |  |
Heat up the frying pan, grease with a drop of coconut oil. Add the mixture, flip and monitor till it is light brown. |  |

Pancake is best to be eaten as breakfast. It is always good to start the day with a light and nutritious diet inorder to be agile for the rest of the day, and pancake fits into one of the ideal meal for breakfast.

I really enjoyed everything about this Lecture through out the duration of the 6Weeks, but the Class that I really enjoyed so much was the first Class. It was like an eye opener for me and I got to learn about the recommended and non recommended macro nutrients. And since then, I try my best to eat healthy.
What topics would you like us to develop in the next healthy cooking classes? |
I would really love the Tutors to teach on the recommended Meal plan for people with different body weight and also for people suffering from Ailments like Diabetes that warrants sticking to a particular kind of diet.
