My special thanks goes to our amiable teacher @nahela who has carried us this far in eating and cooking healthy food , in this last week I have learned about flours , it's benefits, characteristics and uses . I will be writing on the the hints below.

Here are the ingredients used for this sweat pancake.

  • Rice flour
  • Nutmeg
  • Vegetable oil
  • Sugar
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Fresh pepper
  • Peak powdered milk
  • Eggs

I'm using a healthy flour made from rice grains.My flour was already clean so there was no need of sieving it, I pour it into a clean bowl I added little sugar with water , I stirred it until the sugar and water incorporated well, I added my grinded nutmeg, I sliced my onion ,pepper and carrots and set them aside, put some in my mixes flour and it was ready . I set my non-stick frying pan on fire, greased the pan a little with my vegetable oil,then I poured in my mixed flour ,I gave the pancake some time to turn golden brown ,I turned the back and it was ready for consumption.

Pancake can be eaten at any time, but I prefer eating mine as dinner. Like I have discussed about the flour I usually use for my pancake it is very easy to digest so eating as dinner will not be a problem. I like eating as dinner because it does have too much fat .

Of the 6 classes worked on in this course, which was your favorite?

I have been silently following all the courses, and I have obtained a lot of information and healthy tips. I can say I prefer week 5 check it herewhich taught us about salad and nuts.

What topics would you like us to cover in upcoming healthy cooking classes?

I will like us to focus more on natural foods, maybe we can include vegetarian meals, so that they can actively participate in upcoming healthy cooking classes. Remember when talk about healthy cooking we cover those foods that are essential and nutritional to human health
