IMG_20250326_123435_294.jpg

Pancakes are often considered a light meal, but their ingredients show they contain a lot of carbohydrates, which provide energy. Therefore, I believe pancakes are more suitable for lunch.

Breakfast should be light and easy to digest, just like dinner, making pancakes a better choice for lunch!

Question 5: Of the 6 classes worked in this course, which one has been your favorite?

The six courses offered this season (23) are quite engaging, and I've gained valuable insights from each one. While I appreciate all the classes, I particularly enjoyed the week 3 session on nutritional labels. Much of the material was new to me, and learning how to read and understand nutritional information on products was truly enlightening.

Question 6: What topics would you like us to develop in the next healthy cooking classes?

I believe it would be beneficial for us to explore both healthy and unhealthy cooking habits, as many of us tend to overcook or undercook our meals.

Additionally, it would be helpful to learn about the healthy and unhealthy spices available, since there are many refined spices that may not be good for our health.
