Hello friends I am feeling honoured while take part in this learning challenge it's really helpful and useful to clarified certain things which I really don't know and how to choose best and healthy for myself thank you dear professor to give us chance for lear the things which are basically need it for healthy life.

Well in my daily life I used all purpose flour because it's the blend of wheat and obtained through the processing, although it contains the 10 to 12% of protein, lower in fibers and digestive easily.

The corn flour is considered healthy because it's obtained corn seeds and it doesn't require much processed therefore the essential nutrients are not lost. It's little bit sweet in taste and used in baking products and also as thickning agents.

Ingredients I am using for sweet corn flour pancake

Step I follow

I take blend jug added egg, flour, milk, banana, yoghurt and date in it, mixed well till it turns smooth mixture. The egg is pure desi therefore yolk colour is yellow as compared to other egg.

Well I stir it more for even consistency.

I take pan grease it with pure ghee and added little portion of mixture and cooked it low to medium flame till upper side seems transparent.

I turned it and cooked it on both sides till the done.

I grated walnut and added honey it's ready to serve.

Cardiovascular benefits are also enlistedI used it to make my food crispy like in nuggets, fries and also used in soups for thickning agent.

Pancake are rich source of carbohydrate and minerals along with vitamins, it can be made with different combinations. I made it for my little princess I mostly make in her breakfast on random days with different combinations but sometimes in lunch.

It's making is easy and kids liked the variety of food along with good taste.

This learning challenge was highly useful because it enabled to me learn new things which I really didn't consider in my normal life, hence through this challenge I got alot of knowledge such how to check label which are healthy which oil should be used for good health. Hence I got alot of knowledge and all credit goes to respected professor who worked for our wellbeing.

>Question 6: What topics would you like us to develop in the next healthy cooking classes?


In my point of view we are eating daily but perhaps didn't follow any diet essential ingredients with proportion. We need it daily and didn't eat healthy just because of lack of knowledge.

I think this section should be broaden in which we have to learn about essential nutrients and their rights proportion in daily diet. Otherwise this challenge was superb.

It's all about my today's.
