Hello teacher

Indeed healthy eating is not expensive just like what I have always thought

Based on what you've learned in this class, what oils would be most recommended for cooking at high temperatures, and why? Explain your answer

According to the lesson in this class, the oils that would be most recommended for cooking at high temperatures would be ;

Avocado oil

Avocado oil can be used for cooking at high temperature because it is able to withstanding high temperature and not get burnt having a smoking point that is high which is usually about 270°C. Avocado oil contains monounsaturated fats. Because of its high smoking point, which prevents burning ,it is difficult for harmful substance to be released when used.

Ghee Oil

This oil also has a high smoking point which makes it possible to be used at high temperature cooking. It doesn't get burnt easily. It's smoking point is about 250°C also making it difficult for harmful substance to be released during cooking.

Based on the categories you've seen so far, how would you classify your salad: as a side dish or as a main dish? Explain your answer

My salad made up of sweet potato, egg and groundnuts is classify as a side dish for me. Here are my reasons.

My salad is light, not heavy. although it's a complete nutrient as you can see from the picture I have presented.

It contains little portion of potato, one boiled egg and little groundnut. Therefore the quantity is small and may not be satisfying.

Please note that this salad was made yesterday but I couldn't post because of the network issues experienced on steemit.

I would like to invite some two join this contest. @Bossj23 @lhorgic @sahmie
