Which oils are recommended for high-temperature cooking and why? |
The following oil are recommended for high Temperature cooking.
Avocado oil
This oil contains monosaccharides, antioxidants, Vitamin E and other nutrients and is good to use at high temperature because it's smoke point is 270°C.
Ghee Oil
This oil, which is made from eliminating the solid of milk from Butter is also used to cook at high temperature because it's Smoke point is 250°C.
Create a healthy salad with the 3 macronutrients: carbohydrates, protein, and fat. Show ingredients, step-by-step instructions, and final result. |
For the Salad, I used the following Ingredients.

- 2 pieces of Fish
- Boiled potatoes
- 2 pieces Red peppers
- 1 piece Purple onions
- Salt to taste m
- Olive oil
I used olive oil, because it is the oil recommended for Cold and Low Temperature cooking.
Wash and chop the Pumpkin. |  |
slice the Pepper and Onions. |  |
Heat up the Olive oil in a frying pan. |  |
Add and saute the Vegetable and cook for about 3 minutes. |  |
Add the boiled potatoes. |  |
Add the fish. |  |
Season with salt and pepper. |  |

Analysis of the Macronutrients |
- Fish a recommended Protein.
- Boiled potatoes a recommended Carbohydrate.
- Avocado oil, a recommended Fats.
Create a healthy dressing for your salad. Show ingredients, step-by-step instructions, and final result. |

- Lemon(1 piece)
- A pinch of Salt
- 2 red Pepper
Squeeze out the Lemon Juice. |  |
Mix all the Ingredients together. |  |
Serve the dressing over the Salad. |  |

I would consider this Salad a whole meal because it contains the three Recommended Macronutrients. The boiled potatoes gives Carbohydrate to the body, The Fish, Protein and the Olive oil gives to the body. The meal is also a satisfying meal which can quench a hungry person.
