Hello Steemains friend,
All of us must develop healthy eating habits to stay healthy. Health, it will keep the body mentally and physically healthy.
According to the nutritional needs of our body, we need macronutrients, especially in our daily diet. In the 23rd season of the Steemit Learning class, I also gained special knowledge from the class courses on nutrition, and how much healthy foods are needed by our body to keep the body healthy.
So I participated in the challenge in the SLC-S23/W5: Salads with my little knowledge from the knowledge gained in each class given by the organizer @franieligonzalez & @nahela madam on behalf of the healthy cooking course of the 23rd season of the Steemit Learning Challenge.

Ghee and avocado oil if the oils that would be most recommended for high temperature cooking based on what I learned in the fifth week in the learning class.
Ghee is the oil for best cooking in high temperatures, its smoke point is 250°C. Just as it is best for this high temperature, it can also be used in cold conditions with any food. With it can be used as the base for any cooking or fry, dessert item or baking item.
The former state of ghee is clear butter which is a creamy texture of milk in milk. We get butter from milk when the milk solids and milk water are healed.Now if we heat butter, the butter fat we get is ghee.
- Ghee contains a lot of nutrients, omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and fat-soluble vitamins A, E, D, and which keep the body physically and mentally healthy.Very beneficial in cholesterol problem so it keeps heart health and cardiovascular health good .Eliminates gastric and digestive problems, fats in and Ghee keep liver health good. Reduces stress and anxiety and boosts the body's immune system by reducing any inflammation in any body.
Animal source is butter made from milk which ghee made at high temperatures is very beneficial for the body.
The oils that would be most recommended for high temperature cooking are another oil that is the oil for best cooking at high temperature Avacado oil.Its smoke point is 270 °C.It's a good quality edible oil.Oil is extracted from avocado pulp.It's good for you for cooking in high temperature as well as cold cooking.
- Avocado oil is very beneficial for heart disease. This oil contains about 60% beneficial oleic acid monounsaturated omega-9 fatty acids.In addition, about 12% of this oil is saturated fat and 13 % is polyunsaturated fat. a good source of fat soluble antioxident lutein in this oil, this oil contains fat-soluble vitamins A, E, D and which keep the body physically and mentally healthy.
Avocado oil in the daily diet will allow the body to absorb more nutrients.

Making a healthy salad with 3 macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins and fats) and describing each step it makes step by step
(Information in course #1)
Identify the macronutrients present in the dish and all the ingredents I used

In the first step I first soaked the black chickpeas in water for 6 to 7 hours and then boiled it with salt and water with salt and in another pan I boiled the sweet corn with salt.
I first cut the vegetables into cubes, then I packed them all separately to make the salad on a plate.
Now at this stage I will pour all the vegetables in a bowl then add a spoonful of salt, a slice of lemon juice and oil here I will add olive oil and add half teaspoon of white and black pepper powder to it. Then I'll mix them well with a spoon and the healthy salad that I put in the iftar item is ready.
I was able to make salads packed with a healthy nutrient consisting of carbohydrates, fiber, protein and fat.

I made a fruit salad and will make a healthy dressing for this salad
To make this salad I needed a variety of fruits I took one fruit each - Pomegranate, Pineapple, Apple, Pear and Grapes.
I took dates, raisins and almonds as dry fruits.
I added it to make the salad dressing and delicious -
Sour yogurt | ½ cup |

Black and white pepper powder | 1 tsp |
Black salt | 1/2 tsp |
Mint leaves | a pinch |
Lemon | 1 |
Honey | 1 tsp |
Orange juice | 1 |
Olive oil | 1 tsp |
First I will cut all the fruits and pack them separately and I will cut the dates raisins and nuts.
I'll take sour yogurt for dressing. I'll drain the sour yogurt water in advance.Then I'll add a spoonful of honey, a slice of lemon juice and a malta/orange juice. Then beat it well with a spoon and this salad dressing mixture I'll pour over the fruit.
Pour all the fruits into a bowl and then spoon it with mint, black salt, and white pepper powder and half a spoonful of olive oil to mix it from the whole salad and it's made into a very tasty fruit salad served at Iftar.

Most of the fruits contain carbohydrates and are rich in fiber and macronutrients. Yogurt is a good source of protein. Almonds are rich in protein, carbohydrates, fat ,fiber omega-6 fatty acid.
Dates remove body weakness so after fasting all day dates act as energy boosters, besides dates are rich in calories. Also contains protein, fat, vitamins and minerals.
Dates are rich in calories. Carbohydrates will give the body energy. Raisins contain potassium which keeps the heart healthy as well as iron, antioxidant-rich foods that provide energy.
This salad I can consider whole meal because one bowl is enough in this salad for a hungry person.The food is so satisfying that it will satisfy the hunger of a hungry person so I kept this prayer in Iftar. If I make salad out of a mixture of all the fruits, it will be more delicious to eat.
This I can consider as a whole meal because the macronutrients suggested here are carbohydrates, proteins, and fats all containing ingredients that will me the body's nutritional needs.

This salad is very rich, the very ripe orange will be eating with its peel right, i eases digestion more, your combination with honey is a nice one but i won't love much of honey if i should take this. This is the first time i am hearing of avocado oil, i think it will be costly, i would have join this contest, at least i have seen mom do a lot of salads, i think venezulan(south american stlye) but it will cost me so much to prepare this,
