Prepare a breakfast with eggs as the main ingredient, identifying the macronutrients present in the dish.

For this breakfast, I prepared Boiled eggs and fried Potatoes. The cooking method I used in cooking the Egg is the boiling method.

The Ingredients I used for this breakfast includes the following.

  • 1 piece of Egg
  • Olive oil for frying
  • 2 small piece of potatoes
Procedure

|Wash and add the Egg to a boiling water and cook for about 15 minutes. Then set it aside.

Cut it into tiny pieces. Add the Olive oil to the frying pan,and Fry the potatoes until it's golden brown.IMG_20250311_123858_062.jpg

  • Egg, a recommended Protein.
  • Olive oil, a recommended Fat.
  • Potatoes, a recommended Carbohydrate.
Prepare a breakfast with eggs as the main ingredient, adding a healthy bread substitute.

So for this breakfast, I will be making fried Eggs and oats. The cooking method I used for the Egg is frying. My healthy bread substitute is Oats.

  • 1 piece of Egg.
  • Olive Oil for frying.
  • Oats
Procedure

Add the oats and milk to taste stir it for a while. After that, add small water to the oat, reduce the heat and cook it for a while.IMG_20250311_123134_245.jpg

Prepare a breakfast with eggs as the main ingredient, analyzing the ingredients present in your dish.

For the this breakfast, I made boiled Potatoes with Omelette. The cooking method I used for the egg is the Omelette method.

  • Pinch of salt.
  • 2 pieces of potatoes.
  • Fresh tomatoes.
  • Little amount of Onions.
Procedure

Analysis of the Ingredients
  • Egg: It is a good and healthy source of protein.

  • Onions: It is a healthy source of Vitamin and it gives flavor to the Omelette.

  • Salt: A healthy source of Sodium and It helps to bring out the taste of the Egg.

  • Olive Oil: A healthy source of Fat and it's used in frying the Egg.

  • Potato: A healthy source of Carbohydrate.

  • Fresh Tomatoes: A healthy source of Vitamins and it gives taste to the Egg.
