The Steemit Learning Challenge's With S23W4 contest featured healthy foods and nutrients in healthy cooking courses organized by @nahela and @franyeligonzalez, reviewed from the lesson Today I've prepared 1st Breakfast:

SLC -S23 W4:Breakfasts

Prepare a breakfast with eggs as the main ingredient, identifying the macronutrients present in the dish. (Information in Course #1)

The macronutrients present in the dish were identified and I prepared a breakfast with eggs as ingredients
The presence and delivery of micro new metro neutrons in this game were the ingredients-

Eggs4 (proteins)
Plain rice3 Cup (carbohydrate)
Vegetable Carrots and Long beans1 cup (Fibers)
Peas1cup as a vegetables but its high protien beans.
Chickenone piece (protein)
Onion, green chillies ,coriander leaves1 tsp(Highest fiber)
Salt1 tsp
Oil3 tbsp (fat)

First I'll boil the rice. Then cut a piece of chicken into small pieces and sweeten it with ginger-garlic paste and salt, pepper powder and choice.

Cut the vegetables into long beans and carrots into cubes and I'll chop more onions, garlic, green chillies and cilantro.

At the beginning of cooking, add oil in a pan and add onions, garlic, and green chillies.Then fry a little with the chicken pieces for a while.Now break four eggs and beat them a little and fry the eggs well in this mixture.

Then take it with vegetables for a while.Now at this stage I will add tomato sauce and soy sauce and mix well with vegetables with pre-cooked boiled rice. Now at this stage I will cook with beans in high heat for some time. Now cook it with pepper powder and chopped cilantro and green chillies for a minute and my breakfast is ready.

Vegetable egg fried rice

At breakfast. I was able to make a snack full of healthy nutrients consisting of carbohydrates, fiber, protein and fat. The food is very popular that Vegetable egg fried rice is loved to eat everyone in my family.


2nd Breakfast: Make a breakfast with egg as the main ingredient and add a bread substitute. (Information in Course #2)

Along with the nutrients our body needs, we need to take some breaks in dinner and eat light food.Therefore, the nutrients needed in the body should be adjusted daily to meet the nutritional needs of the body if certain foods such as low carbohydrates, rich in protein and fiber, and healthy fats are eaten in large quantities.


As the main ingredient Egg , I'm making a breakfast with eggs and adding a bread substitute to it.

Here are all the ingredients I need to make it

Egg2 (protein)
tomatoe1 vegetables
Broccolismall pieces
Potato1
Oil2 tsp (Fat)
Bread2 pieces (Carbohydrate)
Pepper powderhalf teaspoon
Half a teaspoon ofsalt and
Chopped onion1
green chilies2
Like the amount ofcoriander leaves

To make it, first cut all the vegetable vegetables and prepare them and then pour them into a bowl and mix them well with pepper and salt and break them into two eggs and mix the whole mixture well with cilantro and then add oil to a frypan. I will pour it in and cook it on medium stove heat.

Also I'll reverse it with a plate so it doesn't break while frying and vegetable egg fries are ready.
Now at this stage I will toast with two pieces of bread and then cut the egg part into pieces and put it in the bread and serve it in quantity with cucumber tomato sauce, tomato and cilantro and make it and egg material sandwich which was very tasty to eat.

3rd Breakfast: Prepare a breakfast with eggs as the main ingredient, annalyzing the ingredients in your dish. (Information in Course #3)

The main ingredient in the recipe I'm going to make today is eggs and fresh sweet corn.
Egg is a healthy of protein and it has beneficial and good cholesterol that our body needs in its daily activities.
Sweet corn is delicious and healthy, corn is a good ingredient for a super diet Health conscious people put in their diet.Rich in the highest fiber, it is a high fiber-rich versatile crop, containing carbohydrate proteins, fat, fiber, sugar,, and vitamins and minerals.So I was able to make a healthy soup with a combination of eggs and corn, packed with nutrients as well as added chicken protein, so one thing it's a nice healthy food
.


I'll need chicken stew here so to make chicken I'll cook with chicken bones in a pressure cooker, onion, ginger and salt in a pressure cooker for 5 to 10 minutes.

It's ready now this chicken stew, I'll take it then I'll add half a cup of corn in Blender to which to blend well.Then the blended corn juice I'll pour into the chicken stew then boil it At this stage I agree Sweet Cor Boyle Sweet Corn will give and give the boiled chicken meat. Then pour pepper powder, salt, and cornflower into the water. And boil 5-10 minute well.

Now at this stage I will beat four eggs well and pour them slowly into the boiled chicken stew and cook it continuously for another five minutes for a while and the eggkon soup is ready.
