95% of the users who participated in this learning challenge did not know about the 80/20 diet (get it from their posts) but many do it without knowing it. For a healthy life, you exercise regularly, drink enough water and get adequate sleep. If we have these practices, our lifestyle will be healthy. I liked your healthy recipe. I also often take them.
