During pregnancy it is important to get a variety of nutritional intake for all the body needs of pregnant women and the fetus remain sufficient Also important also.
To be careful when consuming food or drink.

Coffee :
coffee maximum 200 mg /day because caffeine can penetrate the mother's placenta easily and can have an impact on the baby's heartbeat.

Meat Steak :
