Healthier Jack marinade.

Hey Steemit!
I am going to share with you today a closely guarded secret recipe of mine. Now I know they sell a pre packaged marinade, but sadly you can't take shots of that while prepping all the food. So in my professional opinion making it yourself is a better option.

So here is what you need to make a healthier jack maranade.

1/4 cup of Jack
1/4 cup of amino acids (soy sauce replacement)
1/4 cup of Dijon mustard
1/4 cup of honey or agave (brown sugar replacement)
1/4 cup of green onions

Combine and mix all ingredients together

Whoops forgot to add the honey... good thing I'm documenting this otherwise I would of forgot.

Ok as you can see I have honey and agave. I did a 1/4 cup of honey but I prefer the agave.. I thought I was out and after I mixed in the honey I found it :(.

Chop your onions.

Combine, mix, and marinade Steak, fish, or chicken for the desired amount of time. Cook with your preferred method then enjoy your tasty dish. :)
